Privacy notice
We collect the address you search, how you use the results page (for example, which value explanations you open and in what order), and, if you request more information, your name, phone, email, time frame and reason. We also keep basic technical information (such as a one-way hash of your IP address) to prevent abuse.
How we use it
To produce your values, understand which information is most useful to you, and follow up if you asked us to. The address you search, the values shown and how you used the page are shared with the licensed real estate agent who covers your area, along with any contact details you submit. Addresses are sent to our property data provider to generate the automated estimate, and address suggestions are powered by Google.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information.
